Description
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF. Electrodes with rutile-basic coating for welding structures made of alloyed heat-resistant steel grades 12H25N16G7AR, 45Х25Н20С2, Х18Н35С2 and the like, operating in oxidizing environments at temperatures up to 1050°C and carburizing up to 1000°C. Can be used for steel grades 20Х23Н13 and 20H23N18. Welding in flat, vertical, restricted overhead positions with direct current of reverse polarity.

TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES. The rod is made of wire marks SV-30Х25Н16Г7 according to GOST 2246-70. The diameter of the produced electrodes 2,5; 3,0 and 4,0 mm.

THE SPECIAL PROPERTIES.The weld metal is characterized by high long-term strength σ(1000°C 700ч) = 15МПа and sufficient heat resistance – the depth of oxidation at a temperature of 1050°C for 1000ч is 0.15 mm.
TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES OF WELDING.Craters are myslivost or pereplavleni in subsequent passes. When welding or rigid plate designs suitable welding of the root weld with electrodes GS-1. It is recommended to trim in one or two layers of stitches facing to the working environment, electrodes of other brands: for carburizing atmospheres is OzL/DH-31M, oxidation – OzL-35 or OzL-5.
