Description
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF.
The electrodes are designed to weld critical parts of corrosion-resistant chromium-Nickel steels brands 08H18N10, 12H18N9, 09KH18N10T and the like, when weld metal does not impose strict requirements of resistance to intergranular corrosion. Welding in all spatial positions with direct current of reverse polarity.

TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES.
The rod is made of wire marks SV-04Х19Н9 according to GOST 2246-70. The diameter of the produced electrodes 3,0; 4,0 and 5,0 mm.

Performance (for diameter 4.0 mm) of 13.0 g/(A x h):1.6 kg/h. electrode Consumption per 1 kg of weld metal 1.6 kg.
THE SPECIAL PROPERTIES.
The weld metal is resistant to intercrystalline corrosion when tested according to the method of AMU GOST 6032-89 without provoking holiday. The content of ferrite phase in the deposited metal: the rate of 2-8%, typical of 4.7%.
