Capacitive cylindrical devices for gas and liquid media

TU 3615-003-00220339-97 (OKP 36 1500) Capacitive cylindrical devices for gas and liquid media (hereinafter referred to as devices) with nominal volumes from 2 to 50 m3, with conditional pressures from 0.8 to 2.5 MPa (from 8 to 25 kgf / cm2) and medium temperature from minus 60 up to 200 ° C, are used in technological installations of the chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, oil and gas industries. Devices are not intended for storage of liquefied hydrocarbon gases in storage conditions. Harmfulness of substances contained in environments should be no more than hazard class 2 GOST 12.1.007-76. The liquid should have a density of not more than 1000 kg / m3, a temperature not exceeding the boiling point of the liquid at an operating pressure, and a temperature not exceeding that at which the elasticity of the liquid vapors may exceed the working pressure. The devices are designed to be installed up to V inclusive geographic areas for high-speed wind pressure, with seismicity up to 8 points inclusive according to SNiP 2.01.07-85 and SNiP P-7-81. The devices are used in areas with temperate, cold and tropical climates. Climatic version of the apparatus for delivery to areas with a temperate or cold climate - Y, HL1, with a tropical climate - T1 according to GOST 15150-69. Three types of devices are made: * Type1- horizontal for liquid media; * Type 2 - vertical for liquid media; * Type 3 - vertical for gas environments. Type 1 devices are installed on metal supports or reinforced concrete pedestals. Devices can be equipped with external or internal heat exchangers, according to ATK 24.218.07-90. The devices are manufactured in three material versions: * 1-steel 16GS-3 (from minus 30 ° to 200 ° C); * 3-steel 09G2S-8 (from minus 60 ° to 200 ° С); * 4-steel 09G2S-7 (from minus 46 ° to 200 ° C). Devices can be supplied upon request of the customer in a heat-treated condition (up to and including diameter of 2400 mm) or without heat treatment. Heat-treated devices are used for environments that cause corrosion cracking. The service life of the apparatus during operation with environments whose corrosion penetration rate is not more than 0.1 mm per year - 20 years, up to 0.17 mm per year, and heat-treated devices -12 years.
